1.2. Customers can cancel their subscriptions at any time via their account settings or by submitting a cancellation request.
1.3. Once a subscription is canceled, no further charges will be made. However, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of an active subscription unless it falls within the refund policy.
1.4. After completing a purchase, customers will receive a joining link to the Telegram group where the service is provided. This link will appear on the subscription confirmation screen and will also be sent via email.

3. Refund Policy
3.1. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, customers must provide their order number and submit a request via the contact form or directly via email at team@forexsignalsalexparker.com.
3.2. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 3 working days. After the refund is processed, customers will receive a notification confirming the refund.
3.3. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for subscribing. Certain fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
3.4. Upon successful refund processing, customers will lose access to all STF Business services and content.
4. Delivery Policy
4.1. After completing the subscription process, the joining link to the signals group on Telegram, where the service is provided, will be displayed on the confirmation screen.
4.2. The joining link will also be sent to the customer’s registered email address.

5. Usage of Content
5.1. All content, signals, and resources provided by STF Business are strictly for personal use and must not be redistributed, resold, or shared in any form.
5.2. Unauthorized distribution of STF Business content will result in immediate termination of the subscription without a refund.
6. Service Guarantee
6.1. For customers who purchase a lifetime membership, STF Business guarantees the provision of the service for a minimum of 2 years.
6.2. STF Business reserves the right to temporarily suspend subscriptions or services due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified of any interruptions.
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the customer’s account settings or by submitting a cancellation request via email at team@forexsignalsalexparker.com.
7.2. Once canceled, no further payments will be charged.
7.3. Customers may revoke a cancellation request and reactivate their subscription, in which case the next payment will occur as per the original billing cycle.
7.4. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, subscriptions must be canceled before the end of the current billing period.
8. Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance
8.1. STF Business operates under the jurisdiction of Poland. Any legal disputes or claims shall be resolved in Poland, under Polish law.
8.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the use of STF Business services complies with the laws of their respective countries.
9. Termination of Service
9.1. STF Business reserves the right to terminate any subscription without prior notice if a customer fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
9.2. In cases of termination due to a breach of the rules, no refunds will be issued.
